By using RuneBags, you accept these terms. They come down to this: play in good faith and respect the other players.
The service
RuneBags is a free game with no advertising, offered as is by Piero Barrette. It may change, pause for maintenance or stop, without notice. No guarantee is given about its availability or about keeping games and rankings.
Your account
An account is optional. Your email address is what signs you in, so keep access to it to yourself. Creating several accounts to skew the ranking is forbidden.
Handles and chat
Your handle and your messages must not be insulting, hateful or sexually explicit, nor pretend to be someone else. Do not put personal information in them. A handle that breaks these rules may be changed or removed.
Fair play
In ranked games, play yourself: help from a program, deliberately exploiting a bug and arranged games are forbidden. Games and rating points won that way may be cancelled, and the account suspended.
Ownership
The RuneBags game, including its rules, name, visuals and code, belongs to Piero Barrette. You are welcome to share links, screenshots and replays of your games.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, RuneBags cannot be held liable for lost data, an interruption of the service, or indirect damage arising from its use.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains what information the game uses and how.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
